Replica Hand Laid Parabellum Land Speed Record (LSR) Front Fender

My love affair with all things Beemer began in 1982 when I purchased a buzzy little R65LS. Over the years I drooled as each new series came out and couldn’t wait until I could afford to buy another. Over twenty years and about as many bikes later I acquired a K1100LT and fell in love all over again. Feeling the desire to customize it I began to search for after market goodies. It took me several years to locate a Parabellum LSR fender. Those of you who follow such things know that the Parabellum factory burned down sometime in the late 80’s. The fender molds were lost and Charlie decided not to reproduce them. Unfortunately for me the fender I was finally able to acquire had suffered major road rash and was a mess. My good friend Jeff of JJ’s Performance Center (Classic Car Restoration Specialists) suggested that we rebuild it and make a mold so that I would never have to go without an LSR again. Several K Pilot friends of mine saw the fender and begged me to make one for them. Long story short, we did a limited production run and I have a few left over that I am offering to the general public for sale. These fenders are constructed of high quality 10oz woven fiberglass (some are made with a 13oz weave used in construction of CART Car (mini Indy Cars) bodies and consist of 4 layers. These fenders come in white gel coat and will need to be prepped for primer and paint. They are beautiful fenders but not perfect as they are hand laid individually. I have not drilled the mounting holes in these, you will need to do so in order for it to fit your bike perfectly. I know it will fit all years of K1100 both LT and RS models. I offer a 7 day money back guarantee on these replicas, no questions asked. I also guarantee these fenders to be free of flaws in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Remember, this is a limited production run and I will not be mass producing these fenders. My next project involves the old Hannigan fairings, but that's another story.
